Great site


Ladies I wanted to point out that if you want to count your calories consumed and burned a great site to use for that is FitDay. All you have to do is put in what you are eating (and it saves your recent meals to save time) and what you are doing for exercise and it figures out for you if you are in a deficit (losing weight) or not. The other awesome thing about it is that it's FREE!
