It looks like getting a new kitchen floor will have to wait. we are getting half of what we got back last year with our income tax..it sucks..so all that we are getting will be used on our California/Az. trip looks like..oh well..I will just have to save for it is all. No big deal just a bit sad about it.
I'm sorry Trina. I do know how you feel. There's so many things I'd like to do but time and money doesn't allow it. What kind of floor are you thinking about? If you're a do-it-yourselfer you might want to see if there's outlets for tile/hardwood and lino. I did that and had the tile for the bath in our garage for almost 6 months before we renovated it. Got a great deal on it.
I'm still going to check into it when we return from vacation...I'm just going to re-tile it I think..we don't own our home so it's not like we want to be putting a ton of money in it, however, we've had the same tile for 18 years and it's time to replace it. I know if we do it ourselves it would save us a ton of money so we will more then likely do that. :)
