On my way to opening my own business

Well ladys I haven't been keeping in touch with all of you and now you know why. I've been jumping threw hoops getting things around to start my own business as a Certified Notary Signing Agent. I just passed my exam for certification and a while ago I passed the N.N.A. screening. Now I have to file my bond , get my Ins. , get sworn in as a Notary in the State of Michigan, get a tax number, and then come up with a good business name. Any suggestions for a name or should I just use my own?

Congratulations on your new business!!!  Hmmm as far as a name?  I wouldn't even know where to start.  Maybe using initials or something.  Good luck and I wish you prosperous years ahead.

Acutally yes, I will be having a need as I will need to transfer Power of Attorney to da boyfriend in case of an emergency.  I will also need to get my livng will done.  So you know you are going to be where I go to get it all notorized!   

 

How are you holding up with all of this dang snow?

LYN,After I get set up just let me know when and where,I'll be there. That's the whole idea of a Notary Signing Agent they go where their needed for a small fee. This helps older people and people that work till 5pm.

As far as the snow I'm just hybernating all I can. At least we only have a month and a half of this to go. You know we've been real lucky up till now for this area. We really can't complain.

I can tell you it is not going to be real soon here, in fact it will have to be at least the end of Feb or March.  Way too many irons in the fire atm.
