Who's going where for Thanksgiving?

Where is everyone going or doing for Thanksgiving?

I am having turkey day with amom & Michael(significant other) on Friday. Tomorrow I haul my butt to his grandma's house and hungry.gif around 1pm. Needless to say I went and filled my Xanax script today. (Considering these people do not drink at all. lol)

I was pleased as punch over my mammogram. My doc wants me to go in for a colonoscopy cause of Diane (birthmom). grr So I will schedule that after the new year starts. I am in no rush as I am only 41.

Michael's g-ma is losing her brother soon. Docs say he can go at any time now. He has been in kidney failure and dropped to 110lbs. I expect him to pass between now and x-mas. Which is going to put her in a world of hurt as she is still dealing with the death of her daughter from cancer from a year ago last May and the death of her other brother this past summer. As I have said before death stalks this family.

Well it looks like we have 2-4" snow on the way, for on turkey day till Friday morning. Thank god we got the leaves up! So this ought to be fun stuff to drive in. As usual the first of the year's snow has its share of headaches with stupid people forgetting how to drive on the stuff. Not to mention the out-of-towners from no/limited snow areas to deal with driving on Thanksgiving. I hope you all and your families have a wonderful one!

Good morning everyone and a HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all.

Today Jeff, Anthony and I are taking Thanksgiving dinner over to my aunts who will be 80 in 2 days.  My parents will be coming down also.  Since my aunt and dad are getting up there in age, I wanted them to share a Holiday together before anything happens (aunt has congestive heart failure).

I hope all of you have a wonderful day and eat LOTS AND LOTS of Turkey!!!!biggrin

Been having major computer problems this week....haven't been online...sorry!

WE went to a neighbors house for Thanksgiving. They did the turkey and Arroz con gandules while I made Cresent rolls, Mashed potatoes, Cranberry jelly and stuffing and deviled eggs. We had another family come and she made some thigns too. It was really nice to be with friends and have a good time. All in all things are ok. Rich might come home next month, so say some prayers. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving...now off to Christmas!! LOL!

We went to my youngest sons in Vancouver. It was so nice and we had such a great time. I hated to leave and we actually spent an extra night. I've never done so much shopping in my life however.
