Engaged last night! Michael finally did it! w00t.gifHe took me to the first place we ever hung out at and proposed. I will have to get a photo of my ring and get it up here. Wahoo!

1/3 CT. T.W. Princess Cut Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring in 14K Yellow Gold with Platinum mount. Size 6.0, Color H.

I am quite thrilled with it, I am not one to want more then 1/2 kt rings because they just do not look great on my hand. We had to have the mounting lowered because it was going to catch on everything. Seems the new trend is for higher style mountings.

We don't have a date set, because we both want to graduate college first and get sound jobs.

Thanks Ladies! I am very happy about it all though I am still a bit shocked about it. shocked.gif

I'm with you - on the diamond size - I have a 1/2 carat and it is plenty big for me..



BESIDES - the most important part is how long you wear it - not how big it is.  In this world of short marriages we seem to forget that!
