I can't make diet/exercise plans. I just get frustrated. But I am officially down to a size 22. When I left oregon I was almost out of 28s into 30s... so I call that progress :)

I went to the gym Friday night and did 2 miles @3.0 mph on the treadmill and 5 miles @ 10 mph on the bike. I'm trying to work up to 5 miles @ 5.0 mph on the treadmill and 10 miles @ 15 mph on the bike each time.
As far as diet? I'm sick of normal diets. So I've just cut way back on sugar, starches and carbs and try to eat 1/2 of my normal. It's working so far but need to up my cardio at the gym to get it to really start coming off.
Way to go. I have to admit when freezing weather hit here I just couldn't get myself downstairs to freeze even more. I slacked and feel like crud for doing so. It's warmed up a bit now so no excuses..need to get back down there today!!
well how did everyones week go? I have done great this week..my body was a bit sore today at school after walking but I'm okay..I feel so much better..and am actually looking forward to getting down there. Only one day this week did I lack doing it and that was more due to TOM and my body ached that day. I'm okay with missing a day.
Hope this is a great start now to my future..I need a boost. :)
