Well we were under a tornado warning as of it expiring 10 minutes ago.  Wicked storms came through and had a tornado south of us.  Then we had a funnel over near the boyfriend's home.  I had just walked in the door from volunteering at the hospital when I heard about it.  Very scary!

So we are still under a tornado watch until 10pm EST time.  I have yet to hear from da boyfriend but I know there was a great deal of flooding over his way.  Like us, he and his family along with his grandma live up on a hill.  Problem is they also live close to a river, so I am not sure what damage has been done.

We've been having periods of downpours here.  Nothing too scary like what Lyn has been getting.  Hope everything is a-ok up your way, Lyn!
