An Endangered Species Wonder

Hi everyone -

A friend of ours in San Jose forwarded this site to us.  San Jose is about 2-1/2 hours from our home and they just recently built a new City Hall.  Well a mama Falcon nested on one of the deckings on the building.  Because Falcons are endangered species (especially this sort of Falcon) they decided to put a web cam up there to share with everyone. 

Take a look at the web cam and see the mama and babies.  There's 2 different options to click on at the site.  Check it out.

That's so awesome, you could watch it forever. I can see why they have a 30 minute limit. :)

Neat.  I know that South Bend has four Peregrine Falcons that we have a webcam on.  They keep coming back each year and nesting.  It is soo cool to watch the updates on them.
