Mom is doing well.  She starts chemo on the 6th of Oct.  She's doing well and said that most of the side where they removed the breast is numb so she has no pain.  She's still accumulating alittle fluid though and sometimes has to have it drained.

Her cousin has bladder cancer and has decided not to take the chemo due to they think they got it all and because he feels that it might impede on the quality of his life and he doesn't want that.  My mom just told me that she too will quit the chemo if she feels that it's taking away the quality of her life.  And although they think they got all the cancer she will take her chances at that point.

I can't say that I blame her but gosh just the thought of it scares the heck out of me.
