Okay - I'm bad....

Hi everyone -

Sorry I haven't been around.  We've been re-painting the ENTIRE inside of our house before the holidays because we have alot of company coming to stay during those times.

I will pop in again as soon as I can to give you an update of all that's been happening in our neck of the woods.

Until then..... Rock on ladies - You're the best!!!!biggrin

Hey girl, I have been bad too.. I GOT A JOB... I started at walmart about 4 weeks ago and I'm working my butt off. The people that work at walmart is really nice. I work all kinds of diff. hours. yesterday I worked 6:30am to 3pm the night before I worked 3 to 10pm.
I feel like I have no time for myself any more. Today is my day off and Jenny and the baby will be here all day just because she misses me..hmm

I just found out that my Birth sister has Liver cancer, and I have been on the phone with her every day that I got a free minute.. She is scared to death and I wish She lived here in Florida so I can spend some time with her.. Remember My Mom passed away from Liver cancer allmost 3 years ago.. but mom had bone cancer too.

I only had 1 F2F with Bsister but we talk all the time on the phone. I want to just jump on a plane and go and see her, but with this new Job I really cant do that right now. plus time and money has alot to do with it too.. I have no time or money.

How is your Mom doing? is she done with the chemo yet?
Have a great Thanksgiving girls. biggrin and dont eat too much Turkey.

Oh Tami I'm so sorry to hear about your sister.  Is she going through chemo?  I know it's never easy.  Sometimes I wonder who suffers more, the person actually going through the physical stuff or the family with the emotional stuff.

My mom is doing well.  She's been on chemo for 3 months now (I think) and has 3 more months to go.  She will then have a total hysterectomy to take out the tumor on her ovaries and will go through chemo again.  I keep asking my mom how's she "really" doing and she says that she hasn't been sick at all and only feels run down and tired the first week after her chemo.  It's hard on her because she has to wear a monitoring device the week of chemo to insure that the chemo is not hurting her heart and running through the veins okay.

I worry about her, and just try to spend as much time I can with her and talk with her as often as possible.

Luv to you and the family and I'll talk to you soon.aww

Luv,
Stacey

Stacey -- Painting -- yuck! LOL! I still have to finish painting the doors in our hallway (um, I painted a year ago, but never finished to doors)...
I hope your mom will be ok!

Tami -- I'm so sorry about your sister! ((hugs))

thanks girls.
Peggy(bsister) is still having all her test done before the doctor does anything.
last week she had a biopsy on her liver, I guess to see what kind of cancer it is.
Tuesday she goes in and the doctor will tell her then what he wants to do. If it is chemo first or she goes into the hospital and they cut the bad part of the liver out.
She is having alot of pain in her liver now, which thats not good.

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving..
