Ya know Karleen, I was seriously considering getting a treadmill. Had one a couple of years ago and with the winter months it's great to watch tv and exercise.
I'm starting the New year with exericising again..treadmill first for a couple of months then onto BFL again. I love lifting weights..not that I do major weights or anything but I get as high as 20lb barbells..that's it for me. Legs are a lot heavier but that's easier for me to do too.
Anyways..since I've become an addict I gained 9lbs back. Time to get off the liquid calories and onto water once again. So, that is my new years resolution..do people still make those??? LOL..I won't start right on the 1st cuz well it's the day after the 31st and we know how your up late etc..so maybe the 2nd will be my start day..yeah..it will be my start day..I'm down for it how about you Karleen..maybe we can logon our loss for the weeks etc..keep each other accountable? What do you say?
I went to the dr yesterday. I have a treadmill and it needs to be cleared off. I need to get back on it. I cant stand this weight. I feel like i look like a
Jeff, Anthony and I belong to a family fitness center and I swim during the summer and do cardio during the winter. However, I have trouble on some of the machines because of my knee and that stupid torn ligament that I had.
That's what I'm hoping for too..swimsuit in the summer months..LAST summer I hated getting in one but did. This year I want to at least not HATE it. KWIM?
I don't know but I've been working my ass off... literally. Since I started at Michael's in October I'm down almost 2 whole sizes in my jeans. I'm eating a lot less because I'm exhausted... and I've supplanted Lean Pockets for a lot of my previous fast-food addictions.
I'll tell ya, work retail over Christmas and you don't have to worry about pie-points that's for damn sure. hee hee.
