Tomorrow I have to clean off the treadmill so I can start walking! I am planning to walk after work for 1/2 hr. I dont know if that will be to much the 1st time since i am really out of shape. Any tips are welcome.
I have so much cottage cheese on my butt, that I could make the italian dish with the fat noodles, you know what I mean, I can't spell it or eat it right now. My lap band has slipped and I have been on liquids for 3 weeks now. I hopefully will be leaving on the 11 for surgery to have it taken care of. I still haven't got the money yet, but I am having faith. When I recover I will start over again.
