Beef recipe's

Beef Stroganoff

2 T margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound round steak, cut into cubes (it is easiest to cut while partially
frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz sour cream
2/3 C water

Brown round steak and onion in margarine. In a separate bowl, mix soup,
sour
cream and water. Add to meat and stir. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and
simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1/2 hour. Serve over hot noodles. This
can also be made in a crockpot or simmered longer for more tender meat.
Serves 4.
