Okay..so last week kind of sucked..just got busy or something.
Trying for a way better week this week. I did however quit drinking pop. I'm now doing non calorie lemonade so all is good that way. I do miss it but am not going back.
Monday: 30 minutes on the treadmill..I'm heading down to do some upper weights this evening. Yay, I did upper body too..gosh that was hard!!!
Tuesday: 30 mins on the treadmill, Evening: 30 mins on the treadmill
Wednesday: Dentist and school in the morning, Evening: 30 mins on the treadmill
Thursday: I didn't get any exercise in today. Instead I took a 3 hour nap this morning and then was busy since school was out. :(
Sunday: Weighed in and didnt gain or lose so that is alright with me seeing how I dind't get a whole lot in..
Will weigh in on Sunday although I'm not looking to get the results I started out aiming for. I really need to tone up however..I'm feeling rather fluffy as of late. So, lets hope we won't get no more freezing temps and I can keep my rear downstairs where it belongs. :)
That's awesome Trina!!!! Are ya still going at it? I have been to the gym several times, but have gotten side tracked because of work and long hours. I'm going to start back Monday.
Monday: 45 minutes on the treadmill Tuesday: 45 minutes on the treadmill Wednesday: 49 minutes on the treadmill Thursday: 45 minutes on the treadmill Friday: None, went to a movie instead. Girls day out!! Saturday: Probably none today either..we'll see however as the day isn't over yet. But it's freezing here again and although I tolerated it all week..today I'm not feeling it. :) Sunday: OFF..GO COLTS!!
